What We Offer Our Nurse Practitioner: Pay Range: $50.00 to $74.87/hour, commensurate with experience. Mileage Reimbursement at standard IRS rate. Hourly/Non-Exempt Job Overview: In collaboration with a physician, provides for the expansion of individualized primary healthcare services by diagnosing and treating certain acute or chronic health conditions. Provides direct treatment and management of health conditions via prescriptive authority. Area of Service: Our service are consisting of the Roaring Fork Valley, the Vail/Eagle Valley and the territory from Glenwood Springs to Parachute. Requirements Experience Requirements: Minimum two years of varied work experience as a professional nurse and preferably one of the two years in an acute, oncology, home health, and/or hospice setting. Personal vehicle for on-the-job transportation in all road and weather conditions, climate Provide proof of liability insurance on personal vehicle Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a fingerprint-based criminal history background check through the Colorado Bureau of Investigation and CAPS background check Education/Certification Requirements: Possession of current license to practice as a nurse practitioner in the state of Colorado. Current BLS verification. Proof of current Drug Enforcement Administration Registration Master’s degree in Nursing required
