Description Inspire Health Medical Group, affiliated with UCSF Fresno, has an excellent opportunity for a full time Nurse Practitioner in the Psychiatry Division at Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC). The selected applicant will work under Psychiatry faculty members providing psychiatric consultation to medical-surgical inpatients. The successful applicant will participate in initial and follow up psychiatric consultation, documentation, treatment and patient/family education and support on the Consultation-Liaison (C-L) Psychiatry Service. This position may include responsibility for education, research, and administrative services. The program is based in Fresno, California, where residents enjoy a high standard of living combined with a low cost of living. Salary: $135,000 The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation may be adjusted for experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors. Actual compensation may also vary based on additional services, including call coverage, administrative services, performance bonus, and/or productivity. Requirements Completion of PMHNP program Must be Board-Certified PMHNP California Nurse Practitioner license or eligible to obtain prior to hire Two years’ experience or specialized training in Psychiatry is preferred
Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will provide psychiatric consultation to medical-surgical inpatients under the supervision of Psychiatry faculty members. Responsibilities include initial and follow-up consultations, documentation, treatment planning, and patient/family education on the Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry Service.
