THE ROLE

As our NP you will be a clinical, hands-on lead for mobile IV treatments. Handling telehealth assessment, eScripts, medication orders for administration, pharmacy coordination, and in-person administration. Beyond your clinical role, you’ll have avenues to grow professionally and support the development of the next generation of nurses.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Telehealth assessment/patient consult
• Issue relevant eScripts
• Issue a patient-specific medication order (drug/volume, dose, route, rate/duration, sequence, monitoring/hold criteria); be reachable during internal nurse infusions.
• Pharmacy sourcing & logistics
• Administer IV therapy yourself, or provide real-time support to our nurses.
• Maintain order templates, clinical SOPs, and audit charts.
• Provide case reviews, incident follow-up, and nurse coaching.
