Description

Our client is an award-winning private medical clinic. They are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join their growing team based in Oakville, Ontario. This is an on-site position.
The clinic is known for providing high-end, personalized care in a collaborative and patient-focused environment. Their beautiful facility is in a prime location with free parking, close to great amenities as well as the 403 and QEW. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
  • Minimum 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience
  • Interest and willingness to learn about Functional Medicine (training provided)
  • A believer in natural, root-cause-focused healing over symptom masking
  • A team player who believes in the benefits of high-end private care
  • Tech-savvy and confident using Google Suite, EMR, and CRM systems
  • Experience in Functional Medicine is an asset
  • Ability to insert IV line and collect blood is an asset
  • Ability to do joint injections is an asset

Responsibilities
  • Evaluating and developing personalized care plans for men and women with hormonal imbalances and leaky gut
  • Prescribing and monitoring Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)
  • Guiding patients through gut-healing and anti-inflammatory protocols
  • Recommending and managing oral supplements and lifestyle interventions
  • Ordering and interpreting functional labs (hormones, gut microbiome, inflammatory markers)
  • Administering and supervising IV vitamin and mineral therapies
  • Collaborating closely with the Medical Director and team to ensure elite care delivery
  • Maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and follow-up care
  • Utilizing EMR, CRM, and any technology used in the clinic
  • Entering data for research purposes
  • Attending weekly patient events, offering education and building relationships with attendees
  • Contributing to clinic operations by improving clinical SOPs and participating in team meetings
