JOB DESCRIPTION

Looking for Advanced Practice Providers (PA or NP) to join our growing Physiatry group in Westchester County, New York! Ideal candidates would be team players with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members. This role would be in the post-acute rehabilitation environment, primarily in the skilled nursing facility setting working part-time with protentional for full-time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistants license in the state of New York
• Strong clinical skills and ability to assess, diagnose, and treat patients independently
• Experience in senior care and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for accurate documentation
