POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a strong knowledge base in hormone replacement therapy, peptides, medical weight loss, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and laser technologies. The ideal candidate is passionate about integrative wellness, patient education, and aesthetic medicine, with the ability to deliver safe, effective, and results-driven care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in aesthetics and wellness.
• Proven proficiency in:
• Hormone replacement therapy and peptide therapy
• Medical weight loss management

• Neurotoxin and dermal filler injections

• Laser technologies and energy-based devices

• Strong understanding of aesthetic anatomy and safety protocols.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with regenerative treatments (e.g., PRP, microneedling, radiofrequency).
• Familiarity with EMR systems and practice management software.
• Previous experience in a concierge or boutique medspa setting.
• Aesthetic certifications from AMET, AAFE, or similar accredited programs.

• Perform comprehensive consultations, assessments, and individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Administer and manage bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and peptide protocols.
• Develop and monitor medical weight loss programs, including medication management and lifestyle counseling.
• Perform aesthetic procedures, including neurotoxin (Botox, Dysport, etc.) and dermal filler injections, ensuring natural and safe results.
• Operate and oversee laser and energy-based technologies for skin rejuvenation, hair removal, and other aesthetic treatments.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation in EMR.
• Educate patients on treatment options, aftercare, and wellness strategies.
• Stay current with industry trends, safety standards, and advanced techniques through ongoing training and certifications.
• Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
