The Prime Care Family Health Team is looking to recruit to (2) caring, compassionate and dedicate, Nurse Practitioners. One part-time (0.45 FTE) Nurse Practitioner and one (1.0FTE) Nurse Practitioner to workcollaboratively as members of an interdisciplinary team.

• NPs will provide care to patients of the PCFHT, PCFHT Gender-affirming care clinic and community patients
• NPs will work to full scope, providing both preventative primary care and acute care within a primary care setting.
• Proficient in the use of the computer including Microsoft and Excel
• Prior experience and knowledge of electronic medical record system preferably Accuro
