Description Four Corners Community Behavioral Health, Inc. needs a licensed nurse for a part-time position in an Medically Assisted Treatment program, Operation Recovery, located in Price, Utah. Must have valid Utah LPN or RN license. Hours are early mornings (approximately 5:30 am to 11:00 am) with some flexibility in scheduling and rotating weekends. Looking for availability 3-4 days/week. This is a great opportunity for significant professional growth in a clinically rich, friendly, non-profit environment with a dynamic, supportive, and experienced team. Nurses are part of a multidisciplinary team that includes therapists, prescribers, case managers and support staff. Nurses work directly with medical and mental health staff in coordinating care for patients. The position involves a wide spectrum of services including administering medications to patients, delivering medication to patients at partner sites, performing vitals, medical assessments, and blood draws on patients. At least $27.55/hr with LPN, or at least $31.93/hr with RN; salary depends on experience and licensure. Requirements Maintaining confidentiality is an essential job requirement.
