Overview We are seeking an RN for our skilled nursing facility. Schedule: Includes every other weekend rotation and alternate holiday rotation. This position is scheduled to work AM shift hours. Responsibilities Responsibilities The RN is a key team member who is responsible to meet the needs of the resident by following the plan of care, rounding to observe resident physical and psychosocial status and reporting and responding to changes in condition as appropriate. The RN plans, directs and carries out shift routines as well as directing, observing and evaluating the work of personnel on their unit. Qualifications Qualifications Current RN license to practice in the State of Minnesota. Possess knowledge and understanding of rehabilitation nursing concepts. Clinically competent to utilize the nursing process to perform physical and cognitive assessments of residents. Ability to meet physical demands of position including visual and auditory acuity.
