High Point Residence Kankakee Supportive Living & Memory Care Community Full-Time Nurse — RN or LPN Shift: 8am-6pm Every other weekend availability required About the Role High Point Residence Kankakee is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN or LPN to join our nursing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive living and memory care community. The Nurse will be responsible for assessing resident needs, administering medications and treatments, monitoring changes in condition, and working closely with the care team, residents, and families to support overall health and well-being.
