Key Responsibilities: Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Provide patient education and support to enhance recovery and health management. Document nursing care accurately and timely in patient records. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Maintain compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations. Support patients with activities of daily living and promote their safety and comfort. Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Completion of an accredited nursing program. Previous nursing experience preferred but not required. Strong communication, assessment, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team. Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
