Description Join our team in providing high-quality, patient-centered care at River Valley Health. The RN supports primary care providers, delivers direct clinical services, and promotes health education for a population of all ages. Some key responsibilities include performing telephone and in-person triage, education, and direct patient care in a fast-paced primary care environment. This position will work to support the primary care providers through in-person visits as needed as well as through electronic means of communication with patients. Requirements This position will be an on site role several days a week. Candidates must hold an active Pennsylvania RN license and have at least one year preferred experience in primary care, community health, or ambulatory care.
Responsibilities
The RN provides high-quality, patient-centered care by supporting primary care providers through direct clinical services and health education. Key duties include performing telephone and in-person triage and managing patient communication via electronic means.
