Description Join our team in providing high-quality, patient-centered care at River Valley Health. The RN supports primary care providers, delivers direct clinical services, and promotes health education for a population of all ages. Some key responsibilities include performing telephone and in-person triage, education, and direct patient care in a fast-paced primary care environment. This position will work to support the primary care providers through in-person visits as needed as well as through electronic means of communication with patients. Requirements This position has the ability to work a hybrid schedule with half-time remote potential following successful completion of orientation. Candidates must hold an active Pennsylvania RN license and have at least one year of experience in primary care, community health, or ambulatory care.
Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse supports primary care providers by delivering direct clinical services and promoting health education for patients of all ages. Responsibilities include performing triage via telephone and in-person, as well as managing electronic patient communications.
