We are seeking a clinically grounded Nurse Scientist who will embed evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and applied research directly into ambulatory operations — partnering with clinical leaders and frontline teams to improve outcomes, workforce experience, and value-based performance. Description JOB DESCRIPTION: The ideal candidate will have a a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in nursing or related field with a strong background in research and evidence-based practices in clinical operations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: PhD in nursing preferred; actively pursuing a nursing PhD a minimal requirement. Five years of experience in nursing practice. Experience in study design and the research process. Must have a valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board. JOIN OUR TEAM TODAY!
