£24.00 per hour + performance incentives
Full-Time | 7am–7pm | 3 Days per Week (including some weekends)

About the Role:

As a Day Nurse, you will be a vital part of our care team, working closely with the Home Manager, Clinical Lead, and fellow Nurses to deliver outstanding care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care to ensure safe, high-quality support for all residents
  • Administering medication and maintaining clear, accurate clinical records
  • Writing and reviewing person-centred nursing care plans
  • Supporting the care team in daily personal care tasks and encouraging residents’ independence and dignity
  • Monitoring outcomes such as skin integrity, nutritional health, medication safety and falls prevention
  • Playing an active role in mentoring, team leadership, and care planning reviews
  • Ensuring your own training is kept up to date and engaging in ongoing development opportunities

Essential Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in a nursing home setting
  • Proven ability to write and implement Person-Centred Care Plans
  • Must live within 30 minutes of the home

Preferred Experience:

  • Three years’ experience in a similar role
  • One year’s experience supporting residents living with dementia
  • RGN qualification preferred
