The Nurse Administrative Coordinator is a professional management person responsible for coordination and direction of hospital operations, clinical and administrative activities in the absence of the clinical managers, dept. heads and administration. Responsibilities: Assures that hospital operations continue and the needs of patients and their families are met in an effective and efficient manner. When needed, communicates to the on-call administrative staff to keep them informed of significant occurrences and receive further direction. Supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital. What you will need: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor’s in Nursing required; Master's degree in nursing preferred Current licensure by the Maryland State Board as a Registered Nurse Two (2) years of management experience required. BLS certification (issued through the American Heart Association) Requires at least five (5) years’ nursing experience in a hospital that included a variety of direct contact with clinical service, material management, medical staff, and patient admission departments. Advanced computer skills to include data entry and retrieval, including Microsoft specialty products. Reads, writes, speaks and comprehends English language. Ability to effectively communicate complex and comprehensive information thoroughly and succinctly. Pay Range: $43.36 – 62.67 Pay is based on experience, skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
