You will supervise activities performed by nursing assistants and other nurses in your unit. You will chart and maintain documentation for residents. You will prepare and administer medications. You will develop and maintain a positive working rapport with all team members. Requirements Nurse Supervisor (LPN) Qualifications: Looking to fill for our 3pm-11pm shift only at this time. Bachelor's degree or higher. A valid, current nursing license in Illinois. Current CPR certification. At least three years experience in long term care.

Responsibilities

The Nurse Supervisor (LPN) will be responsible for the resident care within their assigned unit and will supervise the activities carried out by nursing assistants and other nurses on that unit. Key duties also include charting, maintaining resident documentation, and preparing and administering medications.
