You will supervise activities performed by nursing assistants and other nurses in your unit. You will chart and maintain documentation for residents. You will prepare and administer medications. You will develop and maintain a positive working rapport with all team members. Requirements Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN) Qualifications: Looking to fill for our 11 PM - 7:30 AM shift. Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois Current CPR certification. At least one year experience in a nurse supervisor role At least three years' experience in long term care.
Responsibilities
The Nurse Supervisor (RN) is responsible for the resident care within their assigned unit and must supervise the activities performed by nursing assistants and other nurses on that unit. Key duties also include charting, maintaining resident documentation, preparing and administering medications, and fostering positive team relationships.
