Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion, and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.    How you'll contribute   A Nurse Technician who excels in this role: * Provides basic patient care activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). * Monitors and records vital signs, intake and output, and reports changes in patient condition to nursing staff. * Assists patients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, and ambulation. * Observes and promptly reports abnormal physical, mental, or emotional findings. * Maintains patient rooms and common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and organized care environment. * Supports nursing and physician staff with patient care activities and unit workflow. * Manages tech desk operations and assists with maintaining efficient department throughput. * Documents patient care and activities in accordance with hospital and unit standards. * Participates in required education, competency validation, and performance improvement activities. * Performs other duties as assigned. What we're looking for * Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Licensure State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA) or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) preferred. * Certifications AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
