We provide psychological and spiritual support, caring for people of all ages with life-limiting illnesses in their homes as well as complex symptom management. We currently care for over 500 patients across the region in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

This exciting new role at Mercy Palliative Care will see you leading our passionate team of nurses who provide palliative care for patients in the community. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing and Clinical Nurse Consultants to provide leadership and management support for the nursing team

  • Full time position located at Sunshine office
  • Provide effective operational leadership to the nursing team ensuring high quality clinical practices and patient care
  • This role would be responsible for assisting the DON/Manager with the operational, financial, human resource and information management within Mercy Palliative Care
  • Great work environment with a motivated and passionate team of Nurses
