Job Description: Nurse Unit Manger – Theatre St Vincent's Private Hospital Northside About the role: We’re currently seeking a Nurse Unit Manger to join our fast-paced perioperative team at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Nurse Unit Manager with a background in a Perioperative environment to lead this high performing team providing your strong and operational leadership expertise. We’re looking for a leader that drives patient centred care whilst providing a supportive and encouraging environment for your all your staff. Reporting to our Assistant Director of Procedural Services you’ll work collaboratively with our Perioperative leadership team to ensure the delivery of clinical standards and quality patient outcomes within this dynamic and supportive Theatre environment. We have over 1,000 dedicated and skilled staff who treat nearly 35,000 people a year and deliver safe and high-quality care to all our patients. Our hospital has 227 beds, 9 operating theatres, 2 cardiac catheter laboratories, a 17-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Day Oncology Unit, Breast Health Centre, Endoscopy Unit, Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit and a 24-hour, private emergency centre provided by Brisbane Northside Emergency.
