JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Third in Charge to join our team at Playful Pandas Nursery. As a key member of the nursery leadership team, you will support the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager in ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding for children. This role is ideal for an experienced Room Leader looking to take the next step in their career.

CHILDCARE & EDUCATION:

• Ensure all children receive the highest standard of care and education in a safe, stimulating environment.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Monitor and track children’s progress, working closely with parents and external agencies when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Level 3 or above in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a senior nursery role (Room Leader or similar).
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and OFSTED requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passionate about childcare with a commitment to delivering high standards.
