As we grow, we’re looking for a proactive, organised, and friendly Nursery Administrator to support our daily operations and help us maintain our high standards across every touchpoint.
YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE
As Nursery Administrator, you’ll be a key part of the operations team based primarily at our SE1 head office, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. However, you’ll also be present on nursery sites when conducting tours and supporting key activities.
This role blends administrative efficiency with warm, people-first communication — ensuring families feel supported and our team runs smoothly behind the scenes.
As a key part of our admin team, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations behind the scenes while being a warm and professional first point of contact for families. You’ll be supporting everything from recruitment to occupancy reporting—making a real impact on how our nursery runs each day.
