We are looking for an individual that is able to support our busy office team. This person will be an effective communicator, able to take initiative, enjoy being part of a team, and be proficient with ICT.
The individual will be responsible for:
- Invoicing families
- Recording payments
- Communicating with parents to collect outstanding payments
- Recording receipts
- Keep up to date personnel records on file as personnel changes, leavers records and general staff paperwork
- Completing funding paperwork, confirming eligibility and termly headcount
- General filing, photocopying etc
- Answering and directing phone calls as required
- Updating policies, and risk assessments where necessary alongside Manager
- Ensuring the office space is clean, organised and inviting
The successful candidate will ideally have some experience of administration in an Education setting, and be able to pass safer recruitment checks including a DBS. To apply please forward a CV and covering letter, detailing any relevant experience for the role.
