This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in Early Years with a keen interest in childcare. This is an apprenticeship role with great progression opportunities where you will train on the job to become a skilled Practitioner whilst gaining valuable experience in the childcare sector.

APPRENTICESHIP ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • To not already hold an Early Years qualification at level 3 or above
  • To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
  • To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria

Responsibilities

· Help to provide high-quality care and education for children in the nursery setting
· Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
· Manage daily routines, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care
· Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships
· Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records to track their development
· Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery environment and support children’s learning experiences
· Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all children
