REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience of working in an employed role
  • Patience, reliability, and a caring attitude
  • Minimum age of 16 years to 18 years
  • Ability to commit to the full apprenticeship duration
  • DBS check or willingness to undergo one
  • GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
  • Ability to provide 2 referees, one of whom must be a current or previous employer

As a Nursery Apprentice, you’ll get hands-on experience helping to shape little minds while learning from our experienced team. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Supporting qualified staff in delivering fun, engaging activities for children aged 6 months to 4 years 11 months
  • Assisting in planning educational and creative play experiences
  • Observing and supporting children’s growth and development
  • Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment
  • Working towards a nationally recognized childcare qualification provided by Realise Trainin
Responsibilities
