We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join our team. As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of our nursery. Responsibilities
- Assist with unloading of nursery stock and trees
- Assist with customer questions on landscape plants
- Assist with growing and propagating plants
- Irrigate plants according to their specific needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery
- Assist with heavy lifting as required
Skills
- Knowledge of plant care and basic gardening techniques
- Proficiency in irrigating plants based on their specific requirements
- Familiarity with farm or nursery operations is a plus
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working outdoors
- Passion for gardening and working with plants
