SKILLS

• Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children and their families.
• A or related fields is advantageous.
• Leadership qualities to assist in guiding younger staff or volunteers within the nursery environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a calm demeanour under pressure.
• A valid driving licence may be beneficial for transporting materials or attending off-site activities as needed.

• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a positive nursery environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the nursery space, ensuring it is safe and welcoming for all children.
• Collaborate with other staff members to manage classroom behaviour and promote positive interactions among children.
