Toddletown Nursery in Farnham, part of the Happy Days Nursery group, is looking for dedicated and experienced Level 2 or 3 practitioners to join our welcoming team at our OFSTED Outstanding rated Nursery!
Children flourish at this nursery where the ethos is that children are at the centre of our approach and we focus everything we do on the children’s interests and needs.
Our management team is passionate and supportive and lead the setting with a clear vision to provide the very best outcomes for children in our care.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner who holds a full and relevant Level 3 early years or childcare qualification and is eager to make a meaningful impact in the sector. A strong understanding of child development and emotional well-being is essential, along with a sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and the ability to implement it effectively. You will have the insight and creativity to plan engaging and educational activities that inspire curiosity and growth.
Safeguarding is our top priority, so we are seeking individuals who are deeply committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in our care. The ability to build trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues is fundamental to the role. While previous nursery experience is highly beneficial, we welcome applications from all qualified candidates who share our passion for early years education.

Responsibilities

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in shaping young children’s early experiences, supporting their development from birth to five. Your creativity, enthusiasm, and commitment will bring learning to life, ensuring that each child’s interests and developmental needs are met. You will plan and deliver enriching activities tailored to a group of key children, providing stimulating learning opportunities while prioritising their safety and well-being.
At Toddletown, teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. You will collaborate with a dedicated and passionate team to create a warm, organised, and child-focused nursery environment. Building strong relationships with families is an essential part of this role, keeping parents informed about their child’s progress and ensuring open, professional communication.
