Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll be supporting children aged 0-5 in a nurturing, play-based environment that promotes development through creativity, exploration, and care. You’ll work alongside experienced staff to provide high-quality care and learning opportunities tailored to each child’s individual needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
  • Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers
  • Monitor and record children’s progress, contributing to observations and planning
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the nursery’s values and policies
