JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Bank Staff to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery settings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate effective childcare. As a member of our nursery bank staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment that promotes the development and well-being of each child.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
  • A background in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous.
  • The ability to manage groups of children effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • A genuine passion for childcare and a commitment to fostering children’s growth and development.
  • Flexibility to work on short notice and adapt to different nursery environments.
  • Be able to travel to Ongar and surrounding areas.
  • Understanding of safeguarding policies and health & safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting permanent staff in their duties.
Responsibilities
