SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team at Moorside Stars Nursery in Moorside. This role is vital in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our children, ensuring their safety and comfort while they learn and play.

• Perform cleaning tasks throughout the nursery, including classrooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are used safely and stored properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor play areas to provide a safe environment for children.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist in organizing cleaning schedules to ensure thorough coverage of all areas.
• Support staff with additional cleaning needs as required during events or busy periods.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff and children.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
