Nursery cook
We are currently looking to employ a highly dedicated and enthusiastic nursery cook to join our team based at our 54 place day nursery in Moseley which has recently been graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted.
The main purpose of this role is to manage and organise the kitchen, maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times and to be responsible for the planning and the preparation of all meals and snacks in line with nutritional guidance and children’s specific dietary requirements.

The successful candidate should have the following:-

• Up to date food hygiene certificate.
• Up to date first aid training
• Up to date Safeguarding training is desirable

Training will be given if necessary.
All candidates must complete a satisfactory DBS clearance, and two references must be provided, one of which should be from your current employer.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
