You will: Follow and design menus in line with our food and drink policy Ensure all food production, service, and presentation meets company standards Oversee kitchen health and safety, budgets, supplies, and dietary requirements Work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, and colleagues Be organised, proactive, and eager to learn Essentials Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety Certification Experience in planning nutritionally balanced menus Desirable Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting Allergen management or HACCP certification Previous achievement of a 5★ EHO rating Food Standards or Culinary NVQ qualifications Above all, a passion for cooking, a friendly nature, and the ability to have fun!
