Job Details Job Location: Miners Ace Hardware Arroyo Grande - Arroyo Grande, CA 93420 Salary Range: $18.50 - $22.00 Hourly Job Category: Retail We are looking for: The primary responsibility of the Department Lead is to drive sales by consistently creating an environment where customers want to shop and employees want to work. This role requires a positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude. Department Leads are expected to deliver legendary customer service, merchandise products effectively, and support store management in daily operations. This role requires extensive product knowledge in nursery, some of which can be trained. Levels 1-3 = $18.75-$22.00. Levels are based on performance.
