We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Deputy Manager to lead our team at Bear Care - Arnold House Day Nursery. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children aged 3 months to 11 years. Your leadership will be key in fostering a creative and supportive environment for both staff and children.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in early childhood education.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is required.
  • Experience working with children of various ages is essential.
