WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

As a Nursery Deputy Manager, you’ll lead a team to provide exceptional care and education based on our unique teaching model. You’ll have the freedom to get creative while following our unique teaching model, and play a key role in supporting your team in planning activities, building relationships with parents, and supporting the Nursery Manager in all aspects of nursery life — from staffing to finances and health & safety.
We’re looking for a Level 3+ Early Years qualified leader who embodies our values: Inspiring, Brave, Nurturing, Fun. You might be an experienced Deputy Manager or perhaps you’re a Room Leader looking to take the next step.
