Company: Twisty Tails Colindale Day Nursery (42 Children place)
Location: North West London
Salary: £30.000p/a £32.000 p/a plus Commissions
About Us: Our Day Nursery is a well-established in local community and provide high-quality childcare for children aged between 3 months and 5 years. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team.
The Deputy Manager will be responsible for supporting the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare and managing the staff team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Level 3 childcare qualification or above
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Management role within a childcare setting
  • Excellent knowledge of EYFS and regulatory requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support the Nursery Manager
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection procedures
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
