The salary advertised is based on a level 3 qualified practitioner for 42.5 hours a week. Higher qualifications will result in a small increment with the maximum salary of £31,493 for an Educator role. We encourage career progression in our setting once you are settled and ready, which attracts higher salaries as per our pay scales.
