Kids Start Day Nursery is a warm, nurturing day nursery providing high-quality early years education and care for children aged 6 months to 5 years. We pride ourselves on our clean, safe, and homely environment — and our housekeeping team plays a vital role in making that happen.

YOUR ROLE

As our Housekeeper, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all nursery areas are kept clean, tidy, and hygienic in line with our health and safety standards. Your work helps ensure children thrive in a safe and stimulating space every day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily cleaning of key areas, bathrooms, kitchen areas, and communal spaces
• Disinfecting toys, furniture, and high-touch areas
• Laundering nursery linen (bibs, towels, bedding)
• Managing cleaning supplies and informing management of low stock
• Following COSHH and infection control procedures
