More than just a retail space, we’re a vibrant, community-focused hub for indoor gardening enthusiasts of all experience levels. Our mission is to break down the stigma surrounding hydroponics and make sustainable, soil-free gardening accessible and inspiring. We’re here to showcase the incredible versatility of hydroponics and controlled environment agriculture; from leafy greens to rare tropical plants.

Previous experience in horticulture, retail, or hydroponics is a bonus, but not essential. A great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.

THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a motivated, curious, and dependable team member to join our small, hands-on crew. This is a diverse and rewarding role that goes far beyond basic retail, it’s perfect for someone who finds joy in getting their hands dirty, experimenting with different plants and growing techniques, and helping others discover that same excitement.
You’ll be surrounded by rare and exotic species, hydroponic systems, and constantly evolving displays, so a willingness to learn, observe, and get creative is key. Above all, we need someone who’s reliable, takes pride in their work, and can be counted on to care for both plants and customers with consistency and enthusiasm.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Plant Maintenance: Watering, feeding, pruning, pest control, and general upkeep to keep our plants healthy, happy, and display-ready.
• Plant Orders: Assisting with ordering, unpacking deliveries, updating labels and signage, and preparing retail and online orders.
• Customer Service: Greeting and assisting customers in-store, answering plant care questions, and offering guidance on hydroponic equipment and products.
• Social Media: Assisting with photography, videography, and content ideas that showcase our living collection and store atmosphere.
