ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Third in Charge, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Nursery Manager and Deputy to deliver outstanding care and education. You’ll take responsibility for the smooth running of the nursery when they’re away, lead by example in your own room, and help mentor and develop the team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support the management team in the daily running of the nursery.
• Lead your room, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning in line with EYFS.
• Build warm, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and inclusion.
• Contribute to a fun, nurturing, and inspiring environment for all children.
