Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of childcare staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Oversee daily nursery operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and childcare regulations
• Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that support early childhood development milestones
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents, guardians, and external agencies to promote transparency and trust
• Manage administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, record keeping, and budgeting to ensure smooth nursery functioning
• Conduct regular staff training sessions to uphold high standards of childcare practice and professional development
• Ensure the nursery environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times, promoting a secure space for children to learn and play
