We are looking for our next Outstanding Nursery Manager to lead our quaint village nursery near Stratford Upon Avon.

3. CHILDCARE & EDUCATION

• Support and deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the individual needs of all children in line with the EYFS.
• Ensure staff observe, assess, and record children’s development, contributing to individual learning plans and reviews.
• Promote inclusive practice and support children with additional needs, ensuring interventions and support plans are in place.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent) is essential
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an early years setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Paediatric First Aid certificate.
• Safeguarding training (Level 2 or 3 desirable).

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Competency with administrative tasks and IT systems.
