Description

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for early years education? Do you thrive in an environment where every day brings new opportunities to shape young lives? This is your chance to take the reins and lead a thriving nursery to new heights.

ABOUT US

At Barnkids Nursery, we believe childhood is meant to be explored, celebrated, and nurtured in a natural, joyful environment. Nestled in the heart of Chiddingfold, our unique setting combines the warmth of a traditional nursery with the wonder of outdoor learning.
We offer high-quality childcare for children aged 6 months to 5 years, led by a passionate team of early years educators who truly understand the value of play, curiosity, and connection. Our spacious indoor classrooms and expansive outdoor areas including woodlands, gardens, and purpose-built play zones encourage children to grow in confidence, independence, and imagination.
Rooted in a child-led approach, the Barnkids curriculum blends the EYFS framework with Forest School principles, fostering a lifelong love of learning and respect for the world around us.

IF YOU’RE READY TO BRING YOUR VISION, PASSION, AND EXPERIENCE TO A NURSERY THAT VALUES EXCELLENCE AND PUTS CHILDREN AT THE CENTRE OF EVERYTHING, WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU.
