ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and daily operations of the setting. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of care, supporting your team, and creating a nurturing and inspiring environment where children can thrive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safeguarding standards.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of childcare professionals to deliver outstanding care and education.
• Design and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to children’s developmental needs.
• Build strong partnerships with parents, keeping them informed and involved in their child’s progress.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment that encourages learning and exploration.
• Keep accurate records in line with statutory and organisational policies.
• Collaborate with local services to enhance the support and opportunities offered to families.
