JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our small nursery,for 2 to 5 year olds,based in a large church hall opposite Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, opening in January. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, along with a deep understanding of early childhood education principles.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a management role within a nursery or early childhood setting is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Experience working directly with children in a childcare capacity is required.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices is crucial.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with staff, parents, and children.

• Conduct regular assessments of children’s development and implement strategies to support their individual needs.
• Manage administrative tasks including staff scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through staff training and professional development opportunities.
