What does this role require?
Little Gems Lindford is a 25 place Nursery comprising mix age-group of children aged 12 months to 4 years. We require someone with an Experience in Leadership and able to inspire a small team to success. Curiosity approach knowlegde will be a huge bonus.
As part of a team of Leaders and Educators, you’ll need excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering high standards to collaboratively strive for excellence.
It’s imperative that you uphold our high standards with Employees and Parents. Excellent working knowledge of Ofsted to ensure that relevant goals regarding Ofsted are achieved as well as our ethos : where every child is treasured is uphold.
