Location: Cramlington, Fenham, and Bedlington, with additional sites planned in the next 18 months
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 FTE (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Closing Date: Open until filled (early closure possible)
Holidays: Up to 28 days increasing to 38 days with two year’s service (including bank holidays), with additional unpaid holiday schemes and extra days for full attendance.

About the RoleAs Nursery Manager, you’ll lead one of our vibrant nursery settings, supporting the Operations Director to deliver excellence in care, education, and team development. You’ll be a key driver of quality, performance, and innovation as we expand.

Person Specification

• At least 2 years of senior leadership experience (essential)
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and early years pedagogy
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing budgets and achieving KPIs
• Relevant qualifications and a growth mindset
