JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Leader to join our team as Head of EYFS and Nursery Manager. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to oversee and lead the strategic development of the Early Years Foundation Stage across our setting whilst also managing the day-to-day operations of our nursery. A fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to lead our team in our successful nursery. You will lead the team of staff within the nursery, ensuring the highest standard of care for the children. You will be involved in providing a dynamic, active learning environment for the children on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of early childhood education. QUALIFICATIONS

• A recognised qualification at Level 6 or equivalent (e.g EYTS, QTS with EYFS specialism)
• Proven experience in a senior EYFS leadership role
• Strong knowledge of EYFS framework, safeguarding and relevant regulatory requirements.
